30-Day Return

Merchandise purchased online at YehiLiving.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and unused with original tag; shrink-wrapped or sealed items must be unopened and unbroken. Perishable items must be in original packaging and stored at proper temperatures.

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Service at: help@YehiLiving.com with your full name, order number, merchandise you are returning, and reason for the return.

Refund

All refunds are processed to the original payment method used to place the order, less shipping and handling. The refund process can take 7-10 business days upon package arrival to our Return Department. Once we received and inspected the returned items, you will receive an email notification about your return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchange at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.

Shipping Return

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

You can return multiple orders in the same box, please make sure to include the correct invoices along with the items. If your return is shipped after the timeframes indicated above, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

* Your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Exception

All sale or clearance items are considered final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If the return is a result of damage, defect, or incorrect, it can be exchanged only for the same item. In such an event, all details of the damage or defect need to be clearly noted upon your inspection during your delivery in order for us to assist you with a return or exchange. In addition, we MUST be notified within 3 business days.
